* WAVES/SEAS...N 4 TO 6 FT AROUND 7 SECONDS THIS
  MORNING...INCREASING 6 TO 8 FT AROUND 7 SECONDS TONIGHT. STEEP
  SEAS WILL BUILD FURTHER TO 9 TO 11 FT AROUND 9 SECONDS THURSDAY
