...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CHST TUESDAY...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM
TUESDAY TO 4 PM CHST WEDNESDAY...

* WINDS...WINDS WILL PICK UP TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS TONIGHT. WINDS WILL
REMAIN NEAR THESE LEVELS THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...AND COULD
APPROACH GALE FORCE IN THE NORTHERN GUAM WATERS.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL BUILD TO 10 FEET BY TONIGHT...THEN REMAIN
AT 10 TO 12 FEET THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS FOR OPERATORS OF SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD
AVOID BOATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES ARE
EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. MARINERS SHOULD AVOID
SHOALING AREAS. LONG PERIOD SWELL CAN SHARPEN INTO LARGE BREAKING
WAVES IN SHOALING AREAS. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR WAVES TO BREAK
MUCH FARTHER FROM SHOALING AREAS THAN IS NORMALLY EXPERIENCED.
REMEMBER...BREAKING WAVES CAN EASILY CAPSIZE EVEN LARGER VESSELS.
