FRONTAL PASSAGE...WITH BAY WATERS BECOMING CHOPPY TO ROUGH AND
INCREASED GULF SEA HEIGHTS. WATER IS BEING PUSHED OUT OF
GALVESTON BAY AND THE SHIP CHANNEL...CURRENT VERY LOW WATER
LEVELS INCREASE THE RISK FOR GROUNDINGS. WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO
