HIGH PRESSURE BUILD OVER THE MARINE AREA. GALE CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED ACROSS THE GULF WATERS OUT TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES THROUGH
9 AM THIS MORNING...AFTER WHICH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE
