* ICE...ON THE BAYS AND INLETS INCLUDING DELAWARE BAY MAY
  CONTINUE TO BE A NAVIGATION HAZARD THROUGH THIS WEEKEND.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT THIS EVENING.
  WINDS DIMINISHING EARLY TONIGHT WITH WINDS BELOW 20 KT BY
  MIDNIGHT.

* SEAS...6 TO 9 FEET AND SLOWLY SUBSIDING.

* TIMING...THIS ADVISORY MAY BE CONVERTED TO AN ADVISORY FOR
  HAZARDOUS SEAS LATER TONIGHT OR FRIDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 5 FEET OR GREATER ARE ANTICIPATED. WINDS AND SEAS
WITHIN THESE RANGES ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
