* SEAS...3 TO 6 FEET.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS BETWEEN 3 PM AND 10 PM AND THEN
  DIMINISH TOWARD THURSDAY MORNING.

* OUTLOOK... THERE IS A CHANCE THAT A PORTION OF THIS ADVISORY MAY
  NEED TO BE EXTENDED INTO THE DAYLIGHT HOURS THURSDAY FOR
  HAZARDOUS SEAS OF AROUND 5 FEET OVER THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS.
