SUNDAY MORNING...

.A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH MOVING THROUGH SW CA FRIDAY EVENING
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING WILL CREATE STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND A
LARGE...STEEP SWELL OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. WINDS WILL INCREASE
FRIDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...AND GENERATE
A LARGE SHORT-PERIOD SWELL. THE COMBINATION OF THESE STRONG WINDS
AND SWELL WILL MAKE CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL CRAFT IN BOTH
THE INNER AND OUTER WATERS. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE SUNDAY

* COMBINED SEAS...8 TO 10 FEET. SHORT PERIOD WIND WAVES WILL
  CREATE VERY CHOPPY CONDITIONS ON TOP OF THE SWELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
AND COMBINED SEAS OF 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
