AREAS OF FOG WILL BE LIFT BY MID TO LATE MORNING ACROSS THE CENTRAL
AND EASTERN TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES. THE VISIBILITIES IN THE 3
TO 5 MILE RANGE WILL IMPROVE TO OVER 4 TO 6 MILES BY LATE MORNING.
HOWEVER...THERE MAY STILL BE SOME ISOLATED SPOTS BELOW ONE MILE...MAINLY
ACROSS THE EASTERN PANHANDLES ALONG AND OFF THE CAPROCK.

BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES IF DRIVING THIS MORNING.
