CONTINUE TO MARCH SOUTH ACROSS EAST CENTRAL...AND SOUTH CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH INTO THE 3 PM HOUR. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WILL VARY FROM TRACE AMOUNTS...TO A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH
WITH THE HEAVIEST CELLS. MUCH OF THE ACTIVITY WILL REMAIN EAST OF
A LINE...FROM ALEXANDRIA...TO WILLMAR TO FAIRMONT PRIOR TO 4 PM.
LIGHTNING WILL ALSO BE A FACTOR WITH THIS ACTIVITY...WITH SLIGHTLY
INCREASING AMOUNTS AND COVERAGE ANTICIPATED AFTER 2 PM. MUCH OF
THE ACTIVITY WILL END BY 7 PM.
