.NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL
FALL AFTER SUNSET AS THE COLD RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES IN. A

FREEZE WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
8 AM CST FRIDAY.

* TIMING...STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE MID 20S
  BEFORE MIDNIGHT ACROSS CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND IN THE EARLY
  MORNING ACROSS PORTIONS OF ACADIANA. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE
  QUICKLY AFTER SUNRISE FRIDAY.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURE...22 TO 27 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...HIGH WINDS MAY MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES ESPECIALLY ON EAST TO WEST ROADWAYS AND BRIDGES.
  TEMPERATURES IN THE MID TO LOW 20S WILL KILL SENSITIVE
  VEGETATION AND POSE A RISK TO ANIMALS AND PLUMBING.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 20 TO 34 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION. WINDS OVER LOCAL
WATERWAYS COULD BE 5 MPH HIGHER THAN OVER LAND. SMALL BOATS WILL
BE ESPECIALLY PRONE TO CAPSIZING.

A HARD FREEZE WARNING MEANS TEMPERATURES OF 25 DEGREES OR LOWER
ARE IMMINENT OR HIGHLY LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS WILL KILL CROPS
AND OTHER SENSITIVE VEGETATION...POSE A HEALTH RISK TO PETS...AND
