COVERING PORTIONS OF THE INTERIOR NORTHWEST AND CONTINUES LATE
THIS MORNING. SOME OF THIS FOG HAS CAUSED VISIBILITIES TO BE
SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED.

* VISIBILITY: AREAS OF VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A
  MILE.

* TIMING: LOWEST VISIBILITIES TO PERSIST THROUGH THIS MORNING
  BEFORE IMPROVING IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS: LOW VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT. MOTORISTS
  SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND LEAVE EXTRA STOPPING DISTANCE.
