MEANWHILE...A SURFACE TROUGH WILL PREVAIL OVER W PORTIONS
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. HIGH PRES ALONG THE MID ATLC COAST EXTENDS
SW ACROSS THE NORTHERN WATERS AND WILL PRODUCE FRESH TO STRONG
WINDS EARLY TONIGHT...THEN GRADUALLY WEAKEN THROUGH SUN...BEFORE
SE RETURN FLOW DEVELOPS OVER THE WESTERN GULF MON...AND SPREADS
