UPPER LEVEL LOW AND ASSOCIATED SURFACE FEATURE WILL MOVE SOUTH OVER
THE NORTHERN OFFSHORE WATERS LATE SATURDAY...AND CONTINUE TO BRING
UNSETTLED WEATHER THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK.
