New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pres trough along the
coast will dissipate tonight. A cold front will move offshore
tonight, and move E of the area Mon while weakening. Another low
pres trough will approach from the NW Mon night, and move E
across the waters Tue and Tue night. A high pres ridge will build
to the coast Wed, move offshore Wed night, and shift SE of the
waters Thu into Thu night. A warm front will lift N along the
coast Thu into Thu night as a stronger cold front approaches from
the NW. Low pres will pass just N of the area Fri while pulling a
cold front through the Gulf of Maine. The front will stall across
the S waters Fri night.

then, becoming W 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
