CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

WILL MOVE NE OF THE AREA EARLY TONIGHT. AN ASSOCIATED FRONT
EXTENDS SW INTO THE NRN MID ATLANTIC OFFSHORE WATERS AND SHOULD
BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY TONIGHT INTO WED NIGHT. ANOTHER LOW PRES
WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT S OF THE WATERS TONIGHT AND MOVE NE
NEAR GEORGES BANK LATE WED. ANOTHER LOW WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE NRN
MID ATLC COAST LATE WED NIGHT INTO THU...THEN MOVE NE NEAR THE
NEW ENGLAND COAST THU NIGHT AND PASS ACROSS THE WATERS FRI WHILE
PULLING A TRAILING COLD FRONT ACROSS THE WATERS. A LOW PRES
TROUGH WILL MOVE OFFSHORE THU NIGHT. A WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
BUILD TOWARDS THE COAST LATE FRI INTO FRI NIGHT AND THEN PASS E
OF THE OFFSHORE SAT. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE S INTO THE WATERS FRI
NIGHT AND MOVE OVER THE WATERS SAT AND SAT NIGHT. A WARM FRONT
