HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE COAST TUE NIGHT. SOUTHERLY SWELL
FROM HURRICANE CRISTOBAL NOW PASSING TO THE SE OF NEWFOUNDLAND
