West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure across the southern
waters will drift S of the area tonight through Mon night, while
weakening. A cold front will pass SE across the area tonight
through Mon night. High pressure will build E over the waters Mon
night into Wed, then shift E of the area late Wed and Wed night.
A developing low will move NE and approach the mid Atlantic coast
late Thu, move offshore Thu night, then track E over the waters
Fri and Fri night while intensifying. The low will pull a strong
cold front E across the area Thu night and Fri.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
