CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE
ACROSS THE SE WATERS WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN THROUGH TONIGHT. A
WEAKENING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E ACROSS THE WATERS LATER TONIGHT
INTO FRI NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD IN BEHIND THE FRONT LATE FRI
INTO SAT...PERSIST THROUGH SUN ACROSS THE SE WATERS...THEN DRIFT
SE OF THE WATERS SUN NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH LATE
SAT AND STALL NEAR THE FAR NW WATERS SAT NIGHT AS LOW PRES FORMS
WELL SW OF THE WATERS. THE LOW PRES AREA WILL MOVE RAPIDLY NE AND
INTENSIFY WHILE PASSING JUST NW AND N OF THE REGION EARLY MON.
THE LOW WILL PULL A TRAILING COLD FRONT E ACROSS THE AREA MON. A
WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W LATE MON AND MON
NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL PASS ACROSS THE WATERS TUE. HIGH
PRES WILL REBUILD OVER THE AREA TUE NIGHT.
