.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pres ridge W
of the region will remain nearly stationary through Mon night.
The ridge will then return slowly SE across the waters Tue and
Tue night. A weak cold front will pass E through the waters Tue
night and Wed. High pres will build west of the area Wed night
through Thu night, then move into the waters Fri and Fri night.
