HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT OVER THE SRN
WATERS WILL DISSIPATE BY THIS EVENING. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
CROSS THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS TONIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH THE NW PORTION AND MOVE INTO THE WATERS LATE TUE NIGHT
INTO WED NIGHT...AND STALL OVER THE NRN AREAS THU AND DISSIPATE
BY THU NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS FROM
THE SW TONIGHT THROUGH WED...THEN WEAKEN LATER WED INTO THU...AND
BE ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SRN WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A LOW
PRES TROUGH WILL FORM ALONG THE SRN CALIFORNIA COAST
TONIGHT...PERSIST TUE INTO WED...AND THEN WEAKEN WED AND WED
NIGHT. LOW PRES WILL PASS N OF THE AREA FRI NIGHT AND SAT. HIGH
