New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build in
from the W tonight as low pressure moves slowly E over the
Canadian Maritimes. High pressure will remain in place Sat, with
a warm front moving NE over the waters Sat night, followed by a
strong cold front moving in from the W Sun. High pressure will
then build in from the W Mon, and continue through Tue. Another
cold front will move over the waters from the NW Wed. High
pressure will build in from the W Wed night.
