DISCUSSION:

MOIST NW FLOW WILL SET UP OVER THE SLO AND MOST OF SBA COUNTIES
THURSDAY AND PERSIST UNTIL SATURDAY NIGHT. A SERIES OF WEAK TROFS
WILL BRING ON AGAIN OFF AGAIN RAIN TO THE AREA DURING THAT TIME. THE
BEST CHC FOR RAIN WILL BE ACROSS THE NW TIP OF SLO COUNTY. THE CHC
OF RAIN WILL FALL OFF QUICKLY TO THE SOUTH WITH LOMPOC ONLY HAVING A
SLIGHT CHC TO CHC OF RAIN. THE MDLS INDICATE THAT FRIDAY NIGHT WILL
BE THE RAINIEST. NO ONE 6 HOUR BLOCK WILL GET THAT MUCH RAIN BUT
OVER THE COURSE OF 84 HOURS THE LITTLE AMOUNTS WILL ADD UP.

THE NW TIP OF SLO COUNTY MAY WELL SEE AN INCH PLUS OF RAIN. SAN LUIS
OBISPO MIGHT SEE A LITTLE MORE THAN A HALF INCH AND THE SANTA MARIA
AREA ABOUT A THIRD.

IT IS LIKELY THAT NO RAIN WILL FALL SOUTH OF PT CONCEPTION SAVE FOR
A CHANCE RAIN OVER THE NRN PORTION OF THE VTA MTNS.

IT LOOKS DRY FROM LATER SUNDAY ONWARD.
