southeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Along the Rio Grande...southeast winds
around 10 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.
.THURSDAY...Partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 70s in the mountains
to the mid 90s along the Rio Grande. South winds 10 to 20 mph.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy. Areas of blowing dust. Lows in the
mid 50s. West winds 10 to 20 mph.
.FRIDAY...Sunny. Not as warm. Highs in the mid 60s in the mountains
to the mid 80s along the Rio Grande. West winds 15 to 25 mph.
