.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers and thunderstorms can be expected
today. Highs will range from 65 to 72, with minimum relative
humidity of 30 to 40 percent. Breezy northwest winds of 15 to 25
mph with higher gusts are forecast, strongest over northwest SD.

...Low Fire Danger...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fire occurrence is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions.

The outlook for Sunday afternoon, The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
