EVENING FOR DRY THUNDERSTORMS AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS FOR FIRE
WEATHER ZONE 492 BELOW 7000 FEET...

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 492 CENTRAL UTAH WEST DESERT
  BELOW 7000 FEET.

* THUNDERSTORMS...WIDELY SCATTERED MOSTLY DRY THUNDERSTORMS WILL
  DEVELOP OVER THIS AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  THE EVENING. LOCAL WETTING RAINS ARE POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THE
  STRONGER STORMS...BUT MOST STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE DRY.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...ERRATIC WIND GUSTS IN THE 40 TO 50 MPH RANGE
  WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR ANY STORMS.

* IMPACTS...DRY THUNDERSTORMS IN AN AREA WITH DRY FUELS WILL
  CREATE HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS...AND RESULT IN NEW
  FIRE STARTS.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES CAN
CONTRIBUTE TO EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR.
