HUMIDITY AND BREEZY WINDS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 213, 221, 263,
264, 266, 267, 268, 269, AND 279...

Winds have decreased in most areas, and the Red Flag Warning will
be allowed to expire at 8 AM PDT. Lighter wind expected over the
next several days, however humidities will continue to be low.
