* TIMING...NOON THROUGH 8 PM TODAY. 11 AM THROUGH 8 PM MST FRIDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 20-FT WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
  GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 40 MPH THURSDAY. SOUTHWEST 20-FT WINDS 20
  TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH FRIDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...DAYTIME MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
  TODAY WILL LOWER TO BETWEEN 5 AND 14 PERCENT. MINIMUM RELATIVE
