Skies remained partly to mostly cloudy across the Quad State Region
today. Winds were southwesterly at 5 to 10 mph, and temperatures
remained well below normal, ranging from the mid 70s to mid 80s
across the area.

The passage of a weather disturbance resulted in some rain in
Southeast Missouri, then moved south of the area by late afternoon.
An upper level trough will keep a small chance for shower and
thunderstorm activity in place for Friday into early Saturday across
parts of the region. Beyond Saturday, dry weather will be the rule
through the middle of next week. Lows will span the 60s and highs
will be in the 80s, gradually rising during this time period.
