NEAR 13N137E...MOVING WESTWARD AT 12 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 60 MPH. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
NEAR THE CENTER BETWEEN 9N AND 17N FROM 131E TO 140E. FOR MORE

PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS FROM EAST
OF THE MARIANA ISLANDS SOUTHWARD TO SOUTHEAST OF YAP WITHIN 135
MILES OF A LINE FROM 18N142E TO 6N143E TO EQ140E.

A WEAK CIRCULATION IS CENTERED NEAR THE CNMI AT 18N147E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR
AND SOUTHEAST OF THIS SYSTEM BETWEEN 12N AND 22N WITHIN 120 MILES
OF A LINE FROM 21N146E TO 16N151E TO 12N152E. SIMILAR CONDITIONS
ARE ALSO SEEN BETWEEN 17N AND 22N FROM 150E TO 155E.

A SURFACE TROUGH RUNS NORTHEASTWARD FROM NEAR POHNPEI AT 5N157E
TO END NEAR WAKE ISLAND AT 20N169E. DIVERGENT WINDS ALOFT ARE
ENHANCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS NEAR THIS
FEATURE FROM NEAR POHNPEI AND KOSRAE NORTHEASTWARD TO WAKE ISLAND
WITHIN 340 MILES OF A LINE FROM 3N157E TO 19N169E.
