TO NEAR 27N161E THEN TURNS NORTHEASTWARD TOWARD ANOTHER CIRCULATION
IN THE CENTRAL NORTH PACIFIC. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN WELL NORTHWEST OF THE MARIANAS WITHIN 120
MILES OF A LINE FROM 16N130E TO 25N144E. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS AND
PATCHY RAIN ARE OTHERWISE SEEN NORTH OF A LINE FROM 20N140E TO
25N168E.

A SERIES OF SURFACE TROUGHS IS CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS SOUTHEAST OF YAP WITHIN 120 MILES OF A LINE FROM
9N139E TO 1N142E...AND SOUTH OF CHUUK...POHNPEI AND KOSRAE
BETWEEN 2N AND 6N FROM 150E TO 170E.
