MARSHALL ISLANDS TO THE DATE LINE WITHIN 125 MILES OF A LINE FROM
10N160E TO 8N170E TO 4N176E TO 4N180.

A COLD FRONT RUNS SOUTHWESTWARD FROM 25N160E PASSING NEAR MINAMI
TORI SHIMA TO 20N140E THEN CONTINUES AS A SURFACE TROUGH ACROSS
15N130E INTO TROPICAL STORM KAI-TAK AT 12N128E. EXTENSIVE CLOUDS
AND PATCHY SHOWERS ARE ALONG AND UP TO 300 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS
BOUNDARY. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO NEAR 15N130E.
