AND CHEROKEE COUNTIES UNTIL 815 PM CDT...

At 723 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Forney to near Springville. Movement was
south at 35 mph. Some of the wind gusts will be well ahead of the
thunderstorms.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Gadsden, Anniston, Oxford, Pell City, Jacksonville, Leeds, Moody,
Rainbow City, Piedmont, Hokes Bluff, Springville, Odenville, Centre,
Heflin, Cedar Bluff, Cobb Town, Fort McClellan, Saks, Forney and West
End-Cobb Town.
