AT 1213 AM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A COUPLE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHWEST PHILLIPS COUNTY. THE STRONGEST STORM ON
RADAR WAS LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTH OF PAOLI...OR 10 MILES WEST OF
HOLYOKE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
HOLYOKE...JULESBURG...OVID...SEDGWICK...PAOLI...HIGHLAND CENTER...
MARKS BUTTE...FAIRFIELD...SIXTEEN-MILE CORNER...AMHERST AND PLEASANT
VALLEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

PREPARE FOR SUDDEN GUSTY WINDS. SECURE LOOSE OBJECTS AND MOVE TO A
SAFE SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.

HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY IN THE DARK OF NIGHT.
