A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN AND PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST INDIANA EARLY
THIS EVENING. VISIBILITIES IN THE SNOW BAND WILL FALL TO A QUARTER
MILE. ROADS IN THE AREA WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLICK. PEOPLE
TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA EARLY THIS EVENING SHOULD USE EXTRA
CAUTION AND EXPECT DELAYS AS THE ROAD CONDITIONS WILL REQUIRE
LOWER THAN NORMAL DRIVING SPEEDS. SOME MAJOR ROADS THAT WILL BE
IMPACTED INCLUDE THE INDIANA TOLL ROAD...INTERSTATE 69... AND ROUTES
20...31... AND 12. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF
BY LATE EVENING.
