AT 1154 AM CDT...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS STRETCHED FROM
DODGEVILLE TO MONROE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. THE BIGGER
THREAT MAY LIKELY BE THE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WITH THE STORMS THAT
MAY LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS.
PARTS OF THE MADISON METRO AREA THAT ARE SENSITIVE TO HEAVY RAIN AND
STREET FLOODING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE SHOWERS AND STORMS
