thunderstorms over western Nevada. The winds are headed toward
Pyramid Lake and impacting Interstate 80 between Sparks and Fernley.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and areas of blowing dust will be possible
with the outflow. Increased wave heights on Pyramid Lake will create
dangerous boating conditions.

Locations impacted include...
Pyramid Lake, Fernley, Nixon, Sutcliffe, and Hazen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travelers on Interstate 80 east of Sparks should be prepared for
strong winds and the potential for blowing dust with rapid
visibility reductions.
