AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS DURING
OVERNIGHT HOURS AS A SURFACE LOW PERSISTS IN EASTERN COLORADO.  WITH
THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL BE A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS. THE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECASTED TO MOVE INTO PARTS OF NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS FROM NEAR WAKEENEY, AND NESS CITY, TO HAYS AND THE LA CROSSE
AREAS AFTER 5 PM AND INTO THE EVENING. LARGE HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL
SIZE, STRONG WINDS OVER 60 MPH, FREQUENT LIGHTNING, AND AN ISOLATED
TORNADO ARE POSSIBLE.
