REGIONAL SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MORRISTOWN TN
218 PM EDT THU JUL 02 2015

.SYNOPSIS...THE COOL AND WET PATTERN WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT THROUGH
MUCH OF THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND AS SEVERAL ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
FLOODING ARE THE BIGGEST CONCERNS WITH THIS ACTIVITY...DUE TO THE
SLOW MOVING NATURE OF THESE STORMS...AND THE VERY MOIST ENVIRONMENT
IN PLACE. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO LIFT NORTH AND EAST
OF THE REGION BY EARLY NEXT WEEK...PROVIDING FOR SOMEWHAT DRIER
WEATHER.
