* FREEZING RAIN...A chance of very light freezing rain or freezing
  drizzle before midnight. No significant accumulation is
  expected.

* TIMING...Snow will develop by late evening and become heavy at
times overnight, then taper off Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Visibility may be greatly reduced. Travel and
  outdoor activities will be difficult.
