* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCRETION OF A TRACE TO UP TO ONE
  TENTH OF AN INCH IN VALLEYS...AND ONE TENTH TO ONE QUARTER OF
  AN INCH ACROSS HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...VERY LIGHT PRECIPITATION IN THE FORM OF FREEZING
  RAIN...SLEET OR SNOW IS POSSIBLE TUESDAY MORNING. STEADIER
  PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATER TUESDAY AFTERNOON
  AND CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. MOST OF THIS PRECIPITATION
  WILL BE IN THE FORM OF FREEZING RAIN ACROSS HIGHER
