...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions. Storm total snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches
  are expected.

* WHERE...Central Washington, Coastal Hancock and Coastal
  Washington County.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
  visibility at times to at or below 1/2 mile in snowfall.
