* LOCATIONS...ALONG AND WEST OF A LEOTI TO RUSSELL SPRINGS AND
  NORTON KANSAS LINE.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 6 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL MOVE OVER THE NORTHWEST HALF OF THE AREA BY
  MIDNIGHT...SPREADING ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA BY FRIDAY MORNING.
  SNOWFALL WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON
  THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...SNOWPACKED ROADWAYS CAN BE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT
  THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT LEADING TO SLICK OR ICY ROAD CONDITIONS.
  SOME BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE DUE TO WINDS GUSTING UP TO 30 MPH.
