* TIMING: THIS EVENING AND CONTINUING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATION: AROUND ONE QUARTER INCH OF ICE ACCUMULATION WITH
  ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION OF SLEET AND SNOW OF UP TO ONE INCH.

* IMPACTS: HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY WITH POWER
  OUTAGES POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS: WINDY CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH THE FALLING
  TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE UPPER
  TEENS.

  AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION WILL MOST LIKELY BE
  BETWEEN 3 AM CST AND NOON.

* ACCUMULATION: AROUND ONE QUARTER INCH OF ICE ACCUMULATION WITH
  ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION OF SLEET OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH.

THURSDAY.

* TIMING: THE WORST CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO MATERIALIZE
  AROUND DAYBREAK AND CONTINUE UNTIL EARLY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATION: A TENTH TO ONE QUARTER INCH OF ICE...MAINLY ON
  ELEVATED SURFACES. ADDITIONAL LIGHT SLEET ACCUMULATION IS
  POSSIBLE AS WELL.

* IMPACTS: HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP MAINLY ON
  BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. MUCH OF THE AREA WILL HAVE
  TEMPERATURES NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING WHEN THE
  PRECIPITATION FALLS...BUT AREAS THAT SEE TEMPERATURES FALL
  BELOW 30 WILL HAVE WORSE TRAVEL ISSUES. A FEW POWER OUTAGES
  WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* OTHER IMPACTS: WINDY CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH THE FALLING
  TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE UPPER
  TEENS.
