* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. ADDITIONAL SNOW THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT
  SHOULD AMOUNT TO AN INCH OR LESS.

* WIND...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH...DECREASING OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO 1/2 MILE IN PERIODS OF
  MODERATE SNOW. ROAD CONDITIONS MAY BE HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY
  OVERNIGHT AS TEMPERATURES HOVER IN THE LOWER 30S.
