MORNING...WITH IMPROVING CONDITIONS OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA...

.WHILE SNOW COMES TO AN END OVER MUCH OF WESTERN NEBRASKA...LIGHT TO
MODERATE SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF THE MORNING FOR
LOCATIONS EAST OF A LINE FROM VALENTINE TO BROKEN BOW. AN
ADDITIONAL INCH OF ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE. THE SNOW WILL MOVE
EAST THROUGH THE MORNING...COMING TO AN END ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA
BY THIS AFTERNOON. STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL BLOW THROUGH THE
DAY...LEADING TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WHERE SNOW CONTINUES TO
FALL...KEEPING TRAVEL CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS.
