* VISIBILITY...NEAR ZERO IN SNOW IN BLOWING SNOW.

* WINDS...EAST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

* SNOW...PERIODS OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...VERY LOW VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW WILL GRADUALLY
  IMPROVE THIS EVENING. VISIBILITY WILL STILL BE REDUCED AFTER
  MIDNIGHT BUT WILL GREATER THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
