URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Pocatello ID
225 AM MST Sat Feb 24 2018

...Difficult Travel today due to periods of snow and poor
visibility from blowing snow...

.A winter storm coming in from the Pacific Ocean will spread snow
and wind into Southeast Idaho today. Snow will increase in
intensity this afternoon and evening. Because of anticipated
strong winds combined with several periods of snowfall, we are
forecasting periods of near white-out conditions along area
interstates and roadways. Travelers need to be prepared for these
conditions before they head out. Visibilities can quickly reduce
and you need to give yourself room between the car in front of
you. Check road conditions and plan extra time to complete your
travel.
