URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Snowfall this morning...

.An upper level disturbance will bring a period of upslope
enhanced snowfall to the northern Black Hills and Bear Lodge
Mountains this morning. Snowfall totals of 2 to 5 inches are
expected across much of the area by this afternoon. Brisk
northwesterly winds could produce some blowing snow during the
morning hours.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST
TODAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 2 to 5 inches are expected. In addition, areas of poor
  visibility are expected.

* WHERE...In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills. In South Dakota, the
  Northern Black Hills.

* WHEN...Until noon MST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph could cause
  areas of blowing and drifting snow. Plan on slippery road
  conditions, including during the morning commute on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means snow accumulations will
create hazardous conditions. Use caution when traveling. The
