* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 8
  inches for a storm total of 6 to 10 inches.

* WHERE...Schoharie, Western Schenectady, Western Albany and
  Western Greene Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A band of snow will move across the region
  through this morning before tapering off this afternoon and
  evening. Snowfall rates could reach one half of an inch to one
  inch per hour at times.

  elevations above 1000 feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A band of snow will move across the region
  through this morning before tapering off later this afternoon
  and evening. Snowfall rates could reach one half of an inch to
  one inch per hour at times. A general 3 to 6 inches of snow is
  expected at elevations below 1000 feet resulting in locally
  hazardous travel.

  inches for a storm total of 8 to 16 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of the Adirondacks in eastern New York and
  southern Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds combined
  with the heavy snow could lead to some downed trees and power
  outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow, heavy at times, will continue into
  this afternoon before tapering off tonight. Snowfall rates could
  reach one inch per hour at times. Gusty winds through this
  morning will lessen this afternoon.
