This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon
across the western two thirds of the Panhandles.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Critical fire weather conditions are expected to return to the
western Panhandles on Wednesday.

Thunderstorms may occur Wednesday afternoon and evening in the
eastern Panhandles. If storms develop, they may become severe,
bringing primarily a risk for large hail and damaging winds.

Thursday through Monday all feature a small chance for storms in
various parts of the Panhandles. At this time, severe
thunderstorms are not anticipated.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.

Area fire managers and emergency officials should be alert for
elevated fire weather conditions this afternoon and critical fire
weather conditions Wednesday.
