* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph
  expected. Some gusts up to 55 mph possible closer to Lake Huron.

* WHERE...Presque Isle and Alpena Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Friday to 2 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Trees
  and tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may occur.
