Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable conditions on the waters off the
lower Texas coast through the weekend. Could potentially have
slightly adverse conditions tomorrow on the Laguna in the
afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms will be possible this
weekend which could lead to localized areas of higher winds and
seas.
