...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN MCKEAN...NORTHERN
POTTER AND NORTHWESTERN TIOGA COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 AM EDT...

At 919 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Olean, moving southeast at 60 mph. Other storms were forming
southward from this storm to just northwest of Bradford.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bradford, Coudersport, Port Allegany, Elkland, Smethport, Roulette,
Galeton, Shinglehouse, Westfield, Genesee, Gaines, Rew, Harrison
Valley, Marshburg, Denton Hill State Park, Keeneyville, Coryville,
Cyclone, Eldred, and Knoxville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
