Sunny skies continue this afternoon across Scott Bluff County.
Winds have been hard pressed to shift so far today...remaining
southeast to south through the morning hours. Afternoon humidity
will eventuall fall to near 15 percent late in the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds around 6 mph shifting to the
