.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are expected today as high pressure continues
to push into the region, with mostly sunny skies. Winds will
overall be light, starting out from the north/northeast and
gradually shifting southeasterly into the evening. Minimum RHs are
expected to start out in the 60s before falling into the low 30s
this afternoon. The light winds, as well as increasing greenup
however will limit the potential for fire weather concerns today.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 65.
Min humidity........32 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 5 to 6 mph shifting to the east
                    6 to 7 mph in the late morning and afternoon.

Smoke dispersal.....Poor (8500 knot-ft) early in the morning
