...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog has developed across much of south-central Texas
this morning, and will likely continue through mid-morning before
dissipating. If driving in these conditions, use extra caution by
using low beam headlights and leaving extra following distance.
