.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be light and variable this morning, eventually settling
on southerly by late morning or early afternoon. Once this occurs,
winds will slowly increase in magnitude to between 5 and 10 knots.
There will be a slow shift in wind direction to southeast by late
afternoon. Skies will remain mostly clear for today, so relative
humidity values will fall into the 30s, with the potential to see
upper 20s by late afternoon if skies remain clear long enough.
Smoke dispersal will be poor through morning until inversion
break then become good to excellent by early afternoon.
